Interpretation and Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 998hihi ("Platform", "we", "us") and you as a user or registered member ("Member", "you"). This Agreement applies to all services, features and content provided through the 998hihi website, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and Teen Patti.

Continued use of this platform after any amendments to this Agreement are published constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any provision, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• The bonus is calculated as 120% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.

998hihi reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded if there is evidence that a member has attempted to exploit promotion conditions or has deliberately placed low-risk bets to fulfil the wagering requirement.

Member Conduct and Responsible Use

As a 998hihi member, you agree to observe the following standards of conduct when using the platform:

• Not to use automation software, bots, scripts or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Not to collude with other members to exploit games, including collusion in live casino or poker games.
• Not to attempt to hack, breach or disrupt the 998hihi systems or servers in any way.
• Not to use the account for any money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Not to share login credentials with any other party.

Account Closure and Suspension

998hihi reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Fraud, attempted fraud or any unlawful activity involving the platform.
• An official request from a competent authority.
• Internal business decisions by 998hihi.

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the 998hihi customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal after all security checks are completed.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The 998hihi platform is provided "as is" without any warranty, whether express or implied. We make every effort to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted availability.

998hihi is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, user device issues, or power failures.
• Money lost in games as a result of the member's own gambling decisions.
• Unauthorised use of a member's account by a third party due to the member's negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Actions or omissions of any third-party service provider.

The maximum liability of 998hihi to any member shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
